Perhaps you’re here because you’ve noticed repeating patterns in your life and relationships that feel beyond your control despite knowing they don’t align with what you truly want. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, confused, or uncertain about how to move forward, or perhaps a recent event has shaken your sense of stability, meaning, and purpose. Whatever the reason, I’m truly glad you’re here. It would be an honour to support you on your journey toward peace, balance, calm, and authenticity.

My Approach

In our work together, we’ll collaborate to establish meaningful goals for therapy and co-create a treatment plan that feels safe and tailored to your unique needs. I take a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, spirit, and your personal strengths into the therapeutic process. By combining evidence-based methods with your individual needs and fostering a strong, trusting relationship, we’ll work together to guide you toward a more fulfilling life.

About Me

Hi, I’m Holly. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in both private practice and school settings. I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, body image concerns, and identity exploration. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood as we work together toward healing and growth.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over twenty years as a teacher in the public school system. I am also a trained practitioner of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and hold a Life Coach certificate from the Certified Coaches Federation.
